Section 50(1) in The Orissa Municipal Delimitation of Wards, Reservation of Seats and Conduct of Election Rules, 1994
(1)If a person representing himself to be a particular elector, the applicant shall, after, satisfactorily answering such questions, as the Polling Officer may ask, be entitled to receive a ballot paper m the same manner as any other elector.
