Section 37 in The Kadi Sarva Vishwavidyalaya Act, 2007
37. Indemnity.
- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against and no damages shall be claimed from the University, the Director, the authorities or officers of the University or any other person in respect of anything which is done in good faith or purporting to be done in pursuance of this Act or any regulation made thereunder.
