155. Contributions by Board towards leave allowances and pensions of servants of the Government employed under this Act.
- The Board shall be liable to pay such contributions for the leave allowances and pensions of any servant of the Government employed as Chairman or as an officer or servant of the Board, or as a member or officer or servant of the Tribunal, as may be required, by the conditions of his service under the Government to be paid by him or on his behalf.Extension of Act to areas in the neighbourhood of the Howrah Municipality.
