(2)81 - Capital Account of Civil Works outside the Revenue account - Deduct Receipts and Recoveries on Capital Account - Recoveries on account of sale etc., of Government built properties forming part of compensation pool.(In respect of properties the cost of which was debited to 81 - Capital Account of Civil Works outside the Revenue Account).
