Section 1 in Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2005
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)These regulations may be called the Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2005.(2)These regulations extend to the whole of the State of Himachal Pradesh;(3)These regulations shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh.
