The Appellant sought information regarding details of quarter allotment records/ rules.

The appellant is not present. The appellant had sought information regarding details of quarter allotment records/rules. The respondent stated that they have provided the point-wise information on 04.12.2012 and also requested to visit office on any working days between 2.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m. He further stated that appellant did not file first appeal before the FAA of North Delhi Municipal Corporation and submitted a written submission in this regard. On query by the Commission regarding flats allotted to the employees, the Respondent stated that this information has been put up on the website and available in public domain. Decision:
After hearing the respondent and perusing the documents, the Commission directs the CPIO to provide clear information on point nos. 1, 3, 4 and 6 of the RTI application dated 29.10.2012 to the appellant within three weeks of receipt of this order under intimation to the Commission.
The appeal is disposed of accordingly.
