516. Preparation of paper book under the direction and supervision of the Registrar.
- Where the Registrar directs that the paper-book be prepared under his direction or supervision, the preparation of such paper-book shall not be undertaken unless the party con cerned furnishes evidence to the Registrar of his having deposited the cost of preparing it, as determined by the Registrar with the Cashier.
