Section 11 in Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Smoking and Spitting Act, 2002
11. Person authorised under section 10 to be a public servant.
- Every person authorised under section 10 shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code ( Central Act XLV of 1860).
