Section 44(1) in The Maharashtra Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Sites and Remains Act, 1960
(1)Nothing in this Act shall apply to ancient and historical monuments, or archaeological sites or remains, declared by or under any law made by Parliament to be of national importance, or to any antiquities to which the Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Sites and Remains Act, 1958, applies.
