Section 33(4)(a) in Tamil Nadu Music and Fine Arts University Act, 2013

(a)Any member of the Syndicate may propose to the Syndicate, the draft of a statute or of any amendment to, or of repeal of, a statute and the Syndicate, may, either accept or reject the draft, if it relates to matter not falling within the purview of the Academic Council.
