Section 13A(2) in The Nalanda Open University Act, 1995
(2)A Pro-Vice-Chancellor shall be the whole time Officer of the University. He shall hold office, on such conditions as may be determined by the Chancellor in consultation with the State Government, for a period not exceeding three years.
