Section 7(1) in Tamil Nadu Handloom Worker (Conditions of Employment and Miscellaneous Provisions) Rules, 1982
(1)If a licence issued under section 4 is lost, stolen or destroyed, the licensee shall forthwith report the matter to the competent authority by whom the licence was issued, or as the case may be, last renewed and may make an application to that authority for the issue of a duplicate licence.
