Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India,
to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the
1st respondent herein culminating in Na.Ka.No.391/T1/2013, dated
28.02.2023 and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st
respondent herein to extend the fishing harvest rights of the petitioner
under license deed dated 20.6.2018, for 49 days from 19.06.2023 in
Bhavanisagar Reservoir, the period which the petitioner was deprived of
fishing rights for 22 days during the lease period between 18.06.2019
and 17.06.2021 and 27 days during the lease period between 18.06.2020
and 17.06.2021 due to COVID 19 lockdown declared by government.

ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioner in this writ petition seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has addressed a letter to the Registry in the above regard.
