Section 17(c) in West Bengal Yoga and Naturopathic System of Medicine Rules, 2015
(c)the Committee with the consent of the President/Council shall have power to call for the original diploma or license or any other relevant document from the appellant for inspection and may also require such other evidence as may be considered necessary by it;
