Learned counsel for the parties state that the parties have arrived at a settlement. The Settlement Agreement dated 14.07.2014 is on record and is signed by the petitioner No. 1, the sole respondent and two Signature Not Verified Digitally signed by Rajesh Dham witnesses.

A joint application being Interlocutory Application No. 3 of 2014 has been filed by the 2 petitioner No. 1 and the sole respondent stating that parties have settled their disputes and entered into a settlement agreement and seeking direction to dispose of the application in terms of the compromise. Supporting affidavits have been filed by Kanhaiya Lal (petitioner No. 2/1), Jawahar Lal (petitioner No. 2/2) and Ramesh Kumar (petitioner No. 2/3), who are legal heirs of petitioner No. 2.

Learned counsel for the parties confirm that the matter has been settled.

Special leave petition and Interlocutory Application No. 3 of 2014 are disposed of in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 14.07.2014.

The Settlement Agreement shall form part of this order.
