Section 2(2)(iii) in Bihar Special Survey and Settlement Act, 2011

(iii)"Draft Publication" means the publication of the draft of Record of Rights so as to enable the public to know about the entries made by the survey authorities. Anybody having grievances against the entries may file objections which shall be heard and be disposed off;
