Section 8(4) in Gujarat Lokayukta Aayog Act, 2013

(4)The Lokayukta shall be the administrative head of the Lokayukta Aayog.Explanation. - For the purposes of this section, the Lokayukta Aayog shall mean Lokayukta Aayog comprising of Lokayukta and at least one Up-Lokayukta (Judicial) and at least one Up-Lokayukta (Administrative).
