Section 8(h) in New Mangalore Part Trust (Licensing of Stevedores) Regulation 2009
(h)He shall agree to refer any dispute or difference between him and the New Mangalore Port Trust as to the payment of compensation its quantum or any connected question to an Arbitrator nominated by the Board;
