Section 8(a) in The Bombay Nursing Council (Reorganisation) Order, 1962.
(a)if the dues are payable by any person who is ordinary resident in the Bombay area of the State of Gujarat, be recoverable by the Council established for the Bombay area of the State of Gujarat; and
