Section 6(1) in Securities and Exchange Board of India (Real Estate Investment Trusts) Regulations, 2014
(1)The Board on being satisfied that the [trust] [Substituted 'applicant' by Notification No. SEBI/LAD-NRO/GN/2018/06, dated 10.4.2018 (w.e.f. 29.9.2014).] fulfils, the requirements specified in regulation 4 shall send intimation to the applicant and on receipt of the payment of registration fees as specified in Schedule II, grant certificate of registration in Form B under Schedule I.
