Section 3 in Karnataka Industrial Areas Development Act, 1966
3. Declaration of industrial areas.
- The State Government may, by notification, declare any area in the State to be an industrial area for the purposes of this Act.(2)Every such notification shall define the limits of the area to which it relates.
