Section 4 in The Vegetable Oil Products Production and Availability (Regulation) Order 2011

Any person engaging in the business of producing, stocking for sale, selling, or offering for sale vegetable oil product or any solvent-extracted oil, de-oiled meal or edible flour in violation of Clause 3 shall be punishable with a fine under the provisions of the Act.
