Section 1 in Tamil Nadu Government Servants (Conditions of Service) Act, 2016

1. Short title and Commencement.

(1)This Act may be called the Tamil Nadu Government Servants (Conditions of Service) Act, 2016.
(2)Sub-section (1) of section 40 shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st January 1955 and all the remaining provisions of this Act shall come into force at once.
