Section 86(4) in The Tamil Nadu Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Rules, 1991
(4)No Chairman or Vice-Chairman of a market committee shall perform a tour in connection with the official business without the prior permission of,-(i)the Director, if he has to perform a tour outside his jurisdiction, but within the State, and(ii)the Government, if he has to perform the tour outside the State.
