         1               Learned counsel for the respondents has fairly placed on

record a letter dated 10th September 2018 received from the Chairman, Brilliance Educational Foundation, Khanapur, Taluka Junnar, the proposed contemnors, whereby they have shown their willingness to reinstate the petitioners on the same posts with back- ::: Uploaded on - 24/09/2018 ::: Downloaded on - 24/09/2018 23:28:04 :::

Dusane 2/2 18 cps 219,217.2018.doc wages in order to comply with the orders of the Court. The letter is taken on record and marked Article "X" for the purpose of identification.

2 The petitioner in Contempt Petition No.217 of 2018 shall report to the Chairman on 1st October 2018. Since the proposed contemnors have shown their willingness to comply with the orders of this Court, issue of back-wages will be considered subsequently. However, as an interim arrangement, the proposed contemnors have agreed to pay 1/4th of the back-wages of the petitioner in Contempt Petition No. 219 of 201 before 31st October 2018, which will be adjusted at the time of calculating the entire back-wages. The petitioner, Mrs. Marykutty Kurian (Binci Shibi) shall give her account number alongwith bank details to the Chairman on the date of joining. The Chairman shall deposit an amount of Rs.2,00,000/- on/or before 31st October 2018.
