Section 6(xv) in The Baba Farid University of Health Sciences Act, 1998
(xv)to accept, hold and manage any endowments, donations or funds, which may be vested in the University by way of grant, testamentary disposition or otherwise, and to invest such endowments, donations or funds in any manner that the University may deem fit;
