HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE ISHAN CHANDRA DAS, PRESIDENT This is to consider an Interlocutory Application being IA/1216/2019 where the complainant is praying for a direction to amend the Petition of Complaint by deleting the name of the proprietor of the OP No.2 i.e. "JHARGRAM NURSING HOME , at Raghunathpur, Jhargram, Pin 721 507 , proprietor Dr.Prasun Ghosh" and in that place " JHARGRAM NURSING HOME, Jhargram, Pin 721 507, proprietor, Smt.Bulbul Mahata , wife of Dr. Joydeb Mahata" be inserted in the Cause Title of C.C.96 of 2019 .
Ld. Counsel for the OP did not raise any objection.
Heard ld. Counsel for both sides. Considered. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case we allow the Interlocutory Application being IA/1216/2019 and direct the Complainant to amend the Cause title of CC/963/2019 as per prayer and schedule of IA/1216/2019.
