3 03.11.2014Issue notice to respondents by both processes that is under ordinary process as well as under registered cover with A/d for which requisites etc. must be filed within two weeks from today, failing which the application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Bench.
Rule is made returnable within one month. List this matter after service of notice or appearance of respondents whichever is earlier.
In the meantime, further proceedings of Title suit no. 30/2008 pending in the court of Munsif IV, Chapra shall remain stayed till further order of this court, if the aforesaid suit has not been disposed of.
