Section 3(1) in Nizams Institute of Medical Sciences Act, 1989
(1)As soon as may be after the commencement of this Act, the Government may by notification establish at Hyderabad an Institute of Medical Sciences, to be known as the Nizam's Institute of Medical Sciences, Hyderabad.
