Section 6(3) in Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education Act, 1968
(3)Notwithstanding anything contained in this section, and outgoing member shall, unless the Government otherwise directs, continue in office until the election, nomination or co-option of his successor is notified in the Official Gazette.
