142. Supplementary budget.
- The Corporation may, on the recommendation of the Standing Committee, from time to time during any year, pass a supplementary budget estimate for the purpose of meeting any special or unforeseen requirement arising during that year, but in no case, cash balance under General Account-Revenue at the close of the year shall be reduced below one lakh and fifty thousand rupees.
