Section 20 in The Orissa Boiler Operation Engineers' Rules, 2000
20. Actions of the Board.
- No action of the Board shall be deemed to be invalid by reasons of any defect in the Constitution of Board or by reasons of such action having been done during the period of any vacancy in the Board.
