Section 31(ii) in The U.P. Imposition Of Ceiling On Land Holdings Act, 1960

(ii)Bengal Regulation XI of 1825. - The area in excess of the ceiling area applicable to tenure-holder, shall, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Bengal Alluvion or Diluvion Regulation, 1825, or any custom or usage, for the time being in force, vest in the State Government; and
