Section 14 in The West Bengal Development Corporation Act, 1954
14. Officers and servants of Boards. -
(1)The Board or Boards may appoint such officers and servants as may be necessary for the performance of their functions subject to sanction by the Corporation.(2)The Administrative Officer of the Corporation shall have general powers of superintendence and control over the officers and servants appointed by the Board or Boards and the Chief Accounts Officer of the Corporation shall have the right to advise the Board or Boards on financial matters.
