Again consequential steps on the death of respondents No. 1 and 2 have not been taken.
Respondent No. 4 and 6 could also not be served for want of their correct addresses, which has also not been filed despite time granted. According to learned counsel representing respondent No. 3, respondents No. 1 and 2 had expired two years ago.
