Respondent No. 4 and 6 could also not be served for want of their correct addresses, which has also not been filed despite time granted. According to learned counsel representing respondent No. 3, respondents No. 1 and 2 had expired two years ago. that day also, the statutory period of taking consequential steps on the death of the deceased respondents or to set aside the abatement of the of appeal, if any, also stands elapsed. According to learned counsel for the appellants, respondent No. 4, rt Smt. Saroj Sood has also expired. It being so, this appeal stands abated and is accordingly dismissed. Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
