Section 6(3) in The Milk and Milk Product Order, 1992
(3)Every application for renewal of registration certificate shall be made to the registering authority in the form as specified in the Third Schedule at least sixty days before the expiry of the period of the registration:Provided that the registering authority may entertain an application received after the expiry of the said period, if he is satisfied that there was sufficient and reasonable cause for not making the application within the said period.
