Section 6(1) in M.P. Minerals (Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation and Storage) Rules, 2006
(1)If the State Government considers it necessary to do so with a view to check the transportation and storage of minerals without lawful authority, it may direct the setting up of the check posts at any place or places within the State by an order in writing. The setting up of a check post shall be notified in the Official Gazette.
