Section 31 in Uttarakhand Benami Transactions (Prohibition) Act, 2016
31. Exemption.
(1)The State Government may, by notification, exempt any property or class of properties from the operation of this Act.(2)Every notification issued under sub-section ( I ) shall be laid before Legislative Assembly.
