Section 8(1) in The Smugglers And Foreign Exchange Manipulators (Receipt, Management And Disposal Of Forfeited Property) Rules, 2006
(1)The competent authority shall ensure that the packages containing valuables are kept in the godown in an iron safe and vault, under double lock system, one key remaining with the godown-keeper and the other to be retained by the godown-in-charge.
