Section 109(15)(ii) in Karnataka Co-Operative Societies Act, 1959

(ii)every person convicted of an offence under clause (i) shall be disqualified permanently to be an [office bearer] [Substituted by Act 25 of 1998 w.e.f. 15.08.1998.] or an employee or a paid servant of any co-operative society.
