Section 634 in Kolkata Municipal Corporation Act, 1980
634. Removal of difficulties.
- If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this [Act] [Substituted by section 44 of the Calcutta Municipal Corporation (Second Amendment) Act, 1984 (West Bengal Act 13 of 1984), w.e.f. 15.5.1984, for the word Chapter.], the State Government may, as occasion may require, by order do or cause to be done anything which may be necessary for removing the difficulty.
