- Notwithstanding anything contained in the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974) and the Probation of Offenders Act, 1958 (Central Act 20 of 1958), no person convicted of an offence punishable under sections 86, 87, or 104A, shall be released on probation or admonition.
