Section 22 in Sher-I-Kashmir Universities of Agricultural Sciences and Technology Act, 1982
22. Officers.
- [Each University shall have the following officers, namely]:-(i)The Chancellor;(ii)The Pro-Chancellor;(iii)The Vice-Chancellor;(iv)[ Omitted] [Clause (iv) omitted by Act XVII of 1985.];(v)The Directors ;(vi)The Deans;(vii)The Registrar;(viii)The Comptroller;(ix)The University Librarian ;(x)The Student's Welfare Office ;(xi)Such other persons in the service of the University as may be declared by the Statutes to be the officers of the University.
