Section 7(1) in The West Bengal University of Health Sciences Act, 2002
(1)No institution or college or educational center in the State of West Bengal imparting education in Health Sciences, shall save with the consent of the University and the sanction of the Government shall, be associated with, or seek admission to, any privileges of any other University in this State or in this country or abroad.
