Section 4 in The Orissa Petroleum Products (Sale by Retail Outlets) Order, 1978
4. Inspection.
- Any officer authorised in this behalf by the State Government in relation to any area may, with a view to securing compliance with this Order inspect any retail outlet and check samples of petroleum products available with the dealer at his retail outlet for the purpose of testifying its quality.
