2. Definitions.

- In these rules, the expression "Fund" shall mean the Tamil Nadu Rural Road Development Fund constituted under section 10 of the Tamil Nadu Motor Vehicles Taxation Act, 1974 (Tamil Nadu Act 13 of 1974).
