Section 2(o) in Chhattisgarh Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes (Regulation of Social Status Certification) Act, 2013
(o)"Social Status Certificate" means the certificate issued by the Competent Authority to an applicant, indicating, therein, the name of Scheduled Castes or the Scheduled Tribes or other Backward Classes, as the case may be, to which such applicant belongs;
