(1A)[ Notwithstanding anything contained under this Act or under the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Co-operative Societies Act, 1964, (Act 7 of 1964), all the Dairy/Milk Co-operative Societies registered or deemed to have been registered or converted under the provisions of this Act, shall be deemed to have been excluded from the provisions of this Act and deemed to have been registered and continued under the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Co-operative Societies Act, 1964 (Act 7 of 1964).] [Inserted by Act 20 of 2006, w.r.e.f. 1-6-1995.]
