Section 91A(1) in Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971
(1)The appropriate planning authority may, subject to such condition as may be prescribed, authorise by order, any committee or officer specified in such order to exercise any of the powers vested in such appropriate planning authority by this Act and may cancel such order.
