Section 3(1) in M.P. Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizen Rules, 2009
(1)Every Tribunal shall prepare a panel of person suitable for Appointment as Conciliation Officer under sub- section (6) of section 6, which shall included the Maintenance Officers designated under section 18.
